Our network engineers will set-up, troubleshoot, and repair your network. We have extensive experience with Firewalls, Network Security, and Remote Access. We will be happy to provide you an on-site assesment of your network requirements.

SERVICE AREA

Our professional services are available throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, including all of Dallas County & Fort Worth (and cities in-between), Arlington, Park Cities, Plano, Collin County, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Garland, Frisco, The Colony, and Oak Cliff.

RESPONSE TIME

Our normal service response time is within four (4) hours on-site, remote response time is within two (2) hours, and our emergency service response time is 90 minutes or less in most cases, depending on travel distance.

2010 SERVICE RATES
On-site Technical Services - flat rate per hour, no mileage or travel fees: (2nd hour or more billed in 15 minute increments)	$75.00 per hour
In-shop Computer Repair:	$60.00 per hour
Contract - Computer & Network	By quotation
Pick UP and Delivery - flat rate, no mileage or travel fees:	$27.50 each way

HOME USER SUPPORT - YES, we do housecalls!
Dallas Wired offers computer support for home users, who are often overlooked or deemed unsupportable. We offer Home User Support to individuals, or businesses that have off site employees, but lack a support infrastructure that includes their home-workers. Our same flat rate of $75.00 per hour applies.
